Shipping made simple
Our launch collection offers free standard shipping to the contiguous United States, including Washington, DC. We do not currently offer delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, or international destinations.
Follow every shipment
When an item ships, we send a shipping confirmation with its tracking link. Use that link, the order-status link in your confirmation email, or sign in to your orders with the email used at checkout.
Processing and delivery
Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Delivery varies by product and supplier. Check the item details and checkout information before ordering. A tracking link may take time to show its first carrier scan.
Separate packages
Items can ship from different fulfillment locations and arrive on different days. Each package has its own tracking details. A delivered package does not necessarily mean every item in your order has arrived.
Address or delivery question?
Contact us with your order number and the item or shipment involved. If you need an address correction, contact us promptly; changes may no longer be possible after processing begins.
