14-day return requests
Request a return within 14 days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and include all parts and accessories. Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping. Contact us before mailing anything so we can provide authorization and the correct return address.

Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Keep the item and packaging while we review it. We may request photos.
Changes and cancellations
